Visitor Journeys for Joomla

See how visitors actually move through your website
Visitor Journeys shows you the real paths people take through your Joomla website, where they start, which pages they visit next and where their journey ends.
Instead of looking at pages as individual statistics, you can see how your website works as a journey and discover the routes visitors actually follow.

Understand what visitors do, not just what they view
Traditional analytics is very good at telling you how many people visited a page. But understanding what they did before and afterwards can be much harder.
Visitor Journeys makes those connections visible.
You can quickly see:
- Popular Routes - the most common complete journeys visitors take from a particular landing page.
- Journey Map - a visual map showing how visitors move from page to page, with stronger routes appearing more prominently.
- Click-to-explore journeys - select a page in the Journey Map and follow the actual visitors who took that route.
- Real session paths - see the individual journeys behind the visualisation rather than relying only on aggregated numbers.
- Traffic and landing-page filters - explore how journeys differ depending on where visitors arrived and how they found the website.
- Single-page and multi-page sessions - distinguish visitors who leave from their landing page from those who continue exploring.
The thicker the route, the more visitors followed it.
The Journey Map turns hundreds of individual visits into a visual picture of how people actually navigate your website.
Click any page to focus on that journey and progressively follow where those visitors went next. This makes it much easier to spot popular routes, unexpected behaviour and pages that may be helping or hindering, visitors on their way through the site.
Find opportunities hidden in your website
Visitor Journeys isn't designed to replace Google Analytics. It answers a different question:
“What are people actually doing when they move through my website?”
That can help you discover pages visitors naturally use together, important routes you hadn't expected, pages where journeys frequently stop, navigation that sends visitors backwards, and opportunities for better internal links and calls to action.
For someone redesigning a website, it also gives you evidence about how the existing site is actually being used before deciding what the new structure should look like.
