Outdated Website?
Redesign. Refresh. Regrow

We’ll take what’s already there and turn it into a faster, clearer, lead-ready version, without starting from scratch.

The goal is simple: make sure your website can handle the traffic we send to it, and turn visitors into real enquiries.

Fixing the foundations first

If you really want more leads, start with your website. It’s the foundation for everything else, your marketing, your ads, your visibility.

Before we do anything, we take a close look at what’s already there with your website. We look at how people find you, what they do when they land on your pages, and how easy it is for them to take the next step.

Data First. Design Second

Design comes later. Our first job is to understand what’s working, what’s not, and what’s getting in the way. We’ll review:

  • Analytics and search data to see which pages attract the right kind of visitors.
  • How each page connects, by this we mean implementing a journey for the user, guiding them towards a goal of getting in touch.
  • The layout, speed, and technical details of the site, such as website regulations (cookies, business number, consent etc)
  • Whether people can find what they need quickly and easily. Correct navigation from the homepage and a clean clear menu.

Once we know all that, we start improving the site methodically, one page at a time, refining layout, content, and structure to make it more persuasive and conversion-focused.

Sometimes its tweaks Sometimes its rebuilds

Every business is different. Some websites only need a few key fixes, others need a complete rebuild. We’ll always tell you honestly what’s needed.

Our approach is based on data, not design trends. If your existing site has good bones, we’ll work with it. If it’s holding you back, we’ll rebuild it from the ground up, properly, so it performs as it should.

Image
Built to convert, not just to look nice

Too many websites are built by designers, not marketers, we see it all the time. They look great, but they don’t convert. Our focus is different. We build sites for humans and for search engines. That means:

  • Clear, natural language that speaks to your customers.
  • Layouts that guide people to the next step, whether that’s reading more or getting in touch.
  • Design that supports your message, not distracts from it.
  • Fast, mobile-friendly pages that Google can crawl easily.

We also make sure everything matches your brand, your tone, and your legal requirements, from cookie consent to privacy policies.

What about SEO?

A common practice we follow, in conjunction with a search term report on your site, is to look at SEO on each page. We ensure that all the basic SEO features are there. Such as the title, headings and sub-headings, url, links and content are optimised to suit the user and the search engine.

We will also implement a proper SEO architecture for your site. By this we mean being able to relate blog or articles content to your primary sales pages, feeding Google's knowledge of your site and the segments within it. This is a long term strategy for organic search engine traffic.

What's included

Every redesign is slightly different, but most projects include:

  • A full or partial rebuild of your current website
  • Mobile-friendly, fast-loading design
  • Clearer messaging and layout
  • SEO-friendly structure with room to grow
  • Redirects from old pages to protect your rankings
  • Google Analytics and tracking setup
  • Review of consent, cookie, and privacy compliance
How we go about your redesign
1

Strategy

Clarify the purpose of the site.

  • Who’s it for?
  • What are we trying to make them do?
  • How will success be measured?
  • Without this, every design choice is just guesswork.
2

Data & Insight

Use analytics, CRM data, and user feedback to understand what’s working and what’s blocking leads.

  • Which pages convert?
  • Where do people drop off?
  • Which CTAs are ignored?

Design without insight leads to "pretty but pointless."

3

Messaging & Journey Mapping

Define what story we’re telling and in what order people should experience it.

  • What’s the hook?
  • What proof or reassurance do they need?
  • What’s the action step?

This is where brand tone and user intent merge. You can’t design emotion until you know what emotion you’re guiding.

4

Structure & UX

Turn the strategy and story into wireframes and layout flow, before colour or visuals. This stage answers:

  • What should users see first?
  • How does navigation guide them?
  • How does the design help, not hinder, their decision?
5

Design

Now comes the polish.
Design supports everything above, it’s the expression of the strategy, not the strategy itself.

When done last, design amplifies your message.
When done first, it hides weak thinking behind nice images.

6

A website that looks better, works faster, and finally converts the visitors you’ve been paying to attract.
