About Web Studio

Web-Studio.co.uk began in 1999 by Neil MacLeod, a freelance website developer and internet marketer (sole trader), working from a home based office in Milton Keynes.

Neil gained a BSc(hons) Degree and a Diploma in Computing from the Open University, whilst working as a Retail Manager for a large stationery store and then Operations Manager of a large Internet cafe company.

The combination of these two roles and the knowledge gained from building websites for the last ten years allow Neil to focus on building quality websites for his clients which can produce results.

In 2005, Web-Studio joined forces with Microfix Ltd to provide additional services and create jointly owned website businesses using our expertise to promote them. Our services now include

• Cabling and peripheral sales

Neil is also a founding member of the ITWebNetwork which is a group of freelance website developers who work together to help each other improve their knowledge, share resources and provide support for members clients. Being a freelance developer it was important to have this support for our clients and to date this has been very successful.
