If you are thinking about guitar lessons then you might not realise it, but you are a part of a huge club of people who are thinking the same thing. But the truth is that most people don't even get around to looking for a tutor. So just by looking you have already taken one step out of that club and into the world of guitar players.

Whether you are in need of some easy going lessons to get up to a good standard in however much time you need, or you need some intense lessons with a heavy practice schedule, I can adapt to your pace and fulfil what you think is necessary for your progress.

Style of guitar:
I specialise in rock, pop, funk, blues and music theory. But I have had experience in most genres including jazz, metal, rock lead, metal lead, country, rock fusion and classical. I am flexible to teach you whatever style you are most interested in after you have learnt/if you have already learnt the basics. However it is not a problem if you are not entirely sure as we will just go through each genre until you have an idea.

Please note if you are after advanced jazz improvisation, advanced classical or slide lessons it might be a better option to find a specialist teacher in the style.

Experience:
Throughout my teens I studied music. The highlight was going to study guitar and The Guitar Institute in London to do a diploma and completing it with a merit with the help of many fantastic teachers and players. Also I had less glamourusley completed a.s levels in music and music technology (B) prior to this.

I've played in a various bands, playing both covers and originals and have played at venues all around the country.

I've been teaching guitar for 5 years, from the age of 16, mainly private one to one lessons but I've also done a few small group sessions.

Lesson details:
Lessons take place at my house in Leighton Buzzard.
However if transport is an issue it may be possible for me to travel to you for an extra charge.

My standard rates are:

• £12 for 30 minutes (lessons starting before 5pm)
• £13 for 30 minutes (lessons starting after 5pm)
• £15 for 45 minutes (lessons starting before 5pm)
• £16 for 45 minutes (lessons starting after 5pm)
• £19 for 1 hour (anytime)
