I wrote an article on how to evaluate your own website some time ago and the basics of that article still apply. The article was designed to allow people to take a look at their website and see where improvements could be made. However, when the website has been made "Search engine friendly" and has been promoted initially one needs to analyse the results of the website in relation to what you want your website to achieve.

I would assume that the majority of website owners would like their website to increase sales and improve their bottom line. With this in mind we have to continually look at the performance of the website.

We would have done some work on this in the initial planning stage but now we need to identify and improve on what we have. Continual analysis of the search market and additional content which relates to these finding, both on and off site will help. Using the statistics information we provide with all our websites we can make informed decision about what works best for our businesses.
