- Product information page including any options for that product and an add to cart button
- Product goes into the shopping cart allowing the user to add more and see cumulative shipping charges
- Customer adds in their details
- Option to deliver to another address (if needed)
- The website then takes payment for the product(s)
- The website confirms that the product has been ordered and the user gets an order confirmation email
- You get an email of the order confirmation
- You access your admin control panel to view the order, print off packing slip, confirm shipment
- Product or service gets delivered
- You get your money
